Although Vincente Aleixandre has published over thirty books of poetry and prose, there are no translations of his work available in English. However, Joeffrey Bartman is translating a collection of his poems, to be published by Solo Press.
Joseph Brodsky‘s poetry has been published in many languages including Serbo-Croatian, Czech and Polish, but only four poems have been published in his native Russia. Since 1972 he has lived in America.
W. S. Di Piero is a poet, translator, essayist; he lives and works in Vermont.
D. J. Enright‘s latest book is Sad Ires, Chatto & Windus, 1975.
Oriole Farb, a painter, is involved in exhibiting the work of women artists.
Ernest Gallo has published translations of two medieval Latin treatises; he teaches at the Univ. of Massachusetts.
Bob Levin practices law in San Francisco and publishes his fiction in a variety of literary magazines.
Tim O’Brien is working on his second novel; he received an award from the Massachusetts Arts and Humanities Foundation this year.
Michael Piore writes on labor market structure and manpower policy; he spent part of the year in Parison a grant from the Ford Foundation.
Barbara Ras‘s poems have appeared in Shenandoah, Epos, and other publications.
Martin Scofield is Lecturer in English at the University of Kent.
Another recipient of a Mass. Arts and Humanities Foundation award, Alexander Theroux teaches at Harvard and has published several novels.
Candice Ward is a student in the MFA program, Univ. of Massachusetts.
Paul Zweig‘s most recent book is Three Journeys: an Automythology.

A Fellow in Law and Sociology at Harvard Law School this year, Rosabeth Moss Kanter‘s latest book is Another Voice: Feminist Perspectives on Social Life and Social Science.
A. W. Plumstead is a co-editor of the Harvard edition of Emerson’s journals, and, with his wife, operates a tourist lodge in a remote part of Ontario.
A collection of Tom Wayman‘s poems appeared in Canada last year; he is writer-in-residence at the Univ. of Windsor, Ontario.
